①注意經(jīng)常性的校準和檢測

有毒有害氣體檢測儀也同其它的分析檢測儀器一樣 ,都是用相對比較的方法進行測定的 :先用一個零氣體和一個標準濃度的氣體對儀器進行標定 ,得到標準曲線儲存于儀器之中 ,測定時 ,儀器將待測氣體濃度產(chǎn)生的電信號同標準濃度的電信號進行比較 ,計算得到準確的氣體濃度值。因此 ,隨時對儀器進行校零 ,經(jīng)常性對儀器進行校準都是保證儀器測量準確的必不可少的工作。需要說明的是 :目前很多氣體檢測儀都是可以更換檢測傳感器的 ,但是 ,這并不意味著一個檢測儀可以隨時配用不同的檢測儀探頭。不論何時 ,在更換探頭時除了需要一定的傳感器活化時間外 ,還必須對儀器進行重新校準。另外 ,建議在各類儀器使用之前 ,對儀器用標氣進行響應檢測 ,以保證儀器準確有效。

各類氣體傳感器都具有一定的使用年限 ,即壽命。一般來講 ,在便攜式儀器中 ,可燃氣傳感器的壽命較長 ,一般可以使用三年左右 ;光離子化檢測儀的壽命為四年或更長一些 ;電化學特定氣體傳感器的壽命相對短一些 ,一般在一年到兩年 ;氧氣傳感器的壽命比較短 ,大概在一年左右(電化學傳感器的壽命取決于其中電解液的干涸 ,所以如果長時間不用 ,將其密封放在較低溫度的環(huán)境中可以延長一定的使用壽命) 。固定式儀器由于體積相對較大 ,傳感器的壽命也較長一些。因此 ,要盡可能在傳感器的有效期內(nèi)使用 ,一旦失效 ,及時更換。
